To honour the world's most widely planted grape, Tasting Team member Jeni Port looks at the regions that should be championed for their cabernet – think Beechworth, Adelaide Hills, Kangaroo Island, Henty, Nagambie Lakes, Canberra, Tasmania and Clare Valley.
