Calling all Photographers!! International Federation of Agricultural Journalsts anniversary book! ðŸ“·

As we all know, strong photography is often what sets the best publications apart. As we move into the next stage of the IFAJ 70th anniversary book, we are now inviting photography submissions for consideration.
Selected images will be featured in a full-colour, international publication marking IFAJ’s 70th anniversary alongside the photographer's name and country.

We have received a strong response to the call for written contributions, and we are keen to ensure the book is matched by high-quality, visually compelling images that reflect agriculture around the world today.

We would particularly welcome photographs that align with the themes currently being developed for the book, although all strong agricultural images are welcome:
  • Life on the land â€“ the daily reality of farming
  • Heritage and tradition â€“ family farms, succession, generational farming
  • Farming under pressure â€“ economics, policy, climate, constraints
  • Innovation and adaptation â€“ technology, new systems, changing practices
  • Looking ahead â€“ future-focused farming, next generation
Images should be recent (preferably from the last five years), high resolution, and suitable for print. Please only submit images that you have taken yourself and ensure you have the appropriate permissions for use.
If you would like to contribute, please send a small selection of your strongest images (with captions and credits) via the form by May 25

Please note that this deadline will not be extended.
This book is intended to be a high-quality legacy project for IFAJ, a lasting, global record of agriculture in the 2020s, and strong photography will play a key role in bringing the project to life.

Many thanks in advance. We look forward to seeing your work.
