As every year, the 'Printemps des Champagnes' week was also an opportunity to celebrate the 'Printemps des Ratafias' at the home of its ambassador, chef Arnaud Lallement, in his 3*Michelin restaurant L'Assiette Champenoise. With 420 members in its association and 1.4 million bottles produced in 2023, Ratafia Champenois is a major success in France and around the world, particularly with new generations of sommeliers and bartenders.

In just a few years, Ratafia Champenois has become a new emblematic drink of the Champagne region, and is growing steadily around the world. Restaurants and hotel bars both in France and abroad are becoming increasingly fond of the authentic flavours of Ratafia Champenois, its history and the exceptional terroirs from which it comes.
